    Urban Archery Deer Hunt Registration will open on May 20th At 12am!!!

          

    Changes for 2020/21

    • Addition of Helena-West Helena as an Urban Hunt City
    • Registration Fee of $15.
    • A fee of $15 will be collected at the time of registration. This will be deducted from the $50 orientation fee
    • The amount paid at the orientation will be $35 for preregistered hunters and $55 for those that did not preregister
    • Additional feature added to allow others to register others as their guest. Just use their email address during the to link to their membership

     ***Due to the Covid-19 guidelines there will be some changes to the way the orientation is managed. We will have to follow the guidelines of social distancing that may require us to make last minute changes to the normal process. These will be published before the first orientation date.***


    What do I need to do be part of the Urban Hunt?

    There are a few things you must do before you can participate in the Urban Hunt. 

    • Register for the Urban Hunt. {Cost is $50, (which is $15 registration fee + $35 Orientation fee) or $55 for those that did not preregister}

         2020 - 21 Urban Hunt Registration

    • Take the Bowhunter Education Class online {The current cost is $30}  ***If you take the course online, you still have to attend an Urban Hunt Orientation in order to get the Field Day portion*** 

         IBEP Online Education 

    • Register to attend an Urban Hunt Field Day IBEP Field Day

    • Attend an Urban Hunt Orientation. You only have to attend one orientation. It will get you what you need for all the Urban Hunts; no matter how many different cities you hunt. ***You must get your tags from each city you plan to hunt***

    • Pass a shooting proficiency test. You will be required to show your skills at the orientation. You will have to shoot 3 arrows in the kill zone.
    • You must meet the minimum age requirement of each city that you plan to hunt and have a valid AGFC Sportsman hunting license.

    This years Fall Shoot is shaping up to be very entertaining. This will be a 2 day / 2 round shoot with plenty to do. Membership is not required  & everyone is welcome!!!

    Bowhunting Bonanza

    This years Bowhunting Bonanza will be as fun as last years. This is a field point shoot with one article of camo (Pants, shirt or hat). We will have 2 classes, compound and Traditional. Shoot the 10 targets for an additional $10. There will be a drawing for a Hunter's Package for the Compound and Traditional classes. (Unlimited Entries)

    Flea Market 

    Come setup your booth and sell or trade anything you would like. Setting up a booth is free. Just come out and setup your tent, table, or sell out of your truck. 

    Door Prizes

    We will have several door prizes to give away. Just turn in your score cards after the shoot and your will get to draw a number. Match the number on the Prize Board  to determine which prize you will win.

                     < CAN ONLY PARTICIPATE IN ONE DIVISION >

    < CUB & PEEWEE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A BUCKLE >

    For the Pro division ~ There will be a $30 Entry Fee per round ($20 Buckle & $10 Buy-In) and the winner will get 33% of the Total Buy-In.

    All other divisions (Cubs & Pee-Wee are FREE) ~ There will be a $20 Entry Fee per round.  See the tournament rules for the available classes.

    All targets are known distances and you must shoot "2" rounds (One on each range) to qualify. The total score will be a combination of both rounds. The top "5" from each division will participate in a "5" target shoot-down on Sunday @ 2pm in order to determine the final scores. The best overall score in each division will win a Tournament Buckle. 

    Church Service 

    Sunday Morning at the pavilion we'll have a sunrise service starting at 7 am. Services will be lead by Life Member Bo Weaver.

    Registration 

    Registration will start at 7:30 am each day.  

    **Saturday - 7:30AM til 5PM** (Stagger Start)

    **Sunday - 7:30AM til 2PM** (Stagger Start)

    ***Sunday - 2PM*** (Top "5" Shoot-down)
